Ready. Paste a URL or type text, then generate.

Scan to test. If scanning fails, increase error correction or the quiet zone.

How to generate a QR code

Pick a QR type, enter the values it asks for, and click Generate QR. Then download it as a PNG or copy the encoded content.

  • Text / URL — paste any link or plain text
  • Wi-Fi — share network credentials (SSID and password)
  • WhatsApp — create a chat link with an optional prefilled message
  • UPI — create a payment QR for a UPI ID and amount
  • vCard — share contact details as a scannable card

Tips for printing and scanning

For print, choose a larger size (320px or more) and keep the quiet zone on Normal or Large so there is a clear border around the code. If you plan to place a logo in the centre later, set error correction to H so the code still scans.

Everything runs in your browser using the qrcodejs library; your QR content is never uploaded or stored.

Frequently asked questions

What can I make a QR code for?

Links and text, Wi-Fi networks, WhatsApp messages, UPI payments and contact (vCard) details. Pick the type at the top.

How do I download my QR code?

Generate it, then click Download to save a PNG you can print or share.

Will my QR code expire?

No. These are static QR codes with your data encoded directly, so they never expire and do not track scans.

Is my data sent to a server?

No. The QR code is generated in your browser; the content you enter is never uploaded.
